blended with malt of barley and wheat to improve the dough properties
To produce a wide range of rye bread and rolls with genuine flavour.
Dosage: for rye bread 2 – 10 %, depending on flour blend.
To improve the taste of wheat bread: 1 - 2 % additionally to standard recipes
